"The amenities are great. Pickleball court, sauna, cold plunge, great pool, and hammocks. Fires pits available for camp fires or SMORES. It was not easy to contact staff, as you had to call or text a number. There was not always someone at the help desk. They responded when we texted, but kind of inconvenient. Also, our door/lock needed to be replaced. The electronic door lock was quirky b/c the door was worn and would stick. They gave us a mechanical key, which worked, but was also quirky. Overall, I would stay there again, but if you are not a “go with the flow” personality, there are frustrations."

"Our room was nice & overall, we enjoyed our stay; however, I will never stay here again UNLESS I was given a room on the top floor. I think it was a combination of 1.) having VERY loud, unaware people staying above us & 2.) a structural issue. The family above us walked very heavy (it sounded like they were purposefully stomping around sometimes, slamming doors, opening & closing the balcony door, etc. Even when they seemed to be a little more quiet (like at night), the floorboards were really squeaky, so we could hear every step they took as they walked across their room. It was kinda miserable...They stayed up until midnight & were awake by 7:30 all 4 days we were there, so my family didn't get much sleep. We asked the office to move us to another room three time (& also asked for a refund because we wanted to find another hotel), but they refused. We slept with a noise machine & AirPods the last couple nights. Again, the room was great, the amenities were great, everything about the place was great...but if we ever go back, I will request the top floor (& we will be mindful of the people below us!!) BTW, Expedia was AWESOME about the whole thing. Once I explained the situation, they were ready to help us find another room & even called the office manager to work on getting a refund for us (which again, Still Waters refused). Even though this was in no way Expedia's fault, they gave us a credit to use toward a future trip. THANK YOU EXPEDIA!!!!"

"The room didn’t look like the picture we originally purchased our room under. It looked a bit older and dated but it was pretty clean. The bathroom and jetted tub were very clean, as was the pool. The air conditioner worked great and the jetted tub was so relaxing. The breakfast is only available on weekends and is very minimal compared to other free breakfasts I’ve had but at this price point I can’t really complain. Had some fruit and SunnyD. There were two times where our key card stopped working (I made sure to keep it in the provided sleeve away from magnets and other devices) but staff was very quick to provide a replacement key. The location was perfect… dollar general right down the street and it was centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. We never drove more than 5 or 10 minutes to do anything in town. Overall it was a good experience and great value, we would definitely stay here again."

"We were just looking to get away for a couple nights as a family, and this place was great. We stayed in one of the cute little duplexes on the property. It was reasonably priced and in a good location, too. The only thing we didn’t love was how thin the walls are. We could hear and smell our neighbors (very strong perfume) the whole trip. Overall, it was still a wonderful stay. Our family would definitely like to come back to stay in one of the historical cabins on the property."

"The property was great! Clean, comfy and a very large space. Loved the easy access to Indian Point Marina and Silver Dollar City! The pool on property was fantastic -we only made it to the salt water pool. Too many other things to do!! The view of the lake and the dam was outstanding!"
