"The hotel is located in a lovely little village with a harbour and lots of very good traditional restaurants. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable and all have large balconies with beautiful views across to Sami and the island of Ithaca. Our room had a huge bed and had a great power shower and fluffy white bath towels. It was all very clean and well maintained. "I have stayed at Alexatos several times and will do so again if I come to Agia. The apartments are comfortable clean and quiet, very close to the centre but set back, so almost no traffic and very quiet at night. Mirka, Demetrios and Steven are wonderful hosts and make you feel very welcome - they even helped me with some trouble with my rental car. "

"The staff working at the hotel are super friendly and try their best to accommodate the needs of costumers - our ferry to Kefalonia was cancelled and they were quick to keep our reservation on hold for another day. The breakfast was wonderful and it is right in front of a wonderful beach (perfect for wind surf) and close to town for a walk/stroll."

"Bad smell,room was not as good as we expect it. The highlight of the our stay was no hot water when we got home after a whole day at the beach. Bathroom had no window so the smell was awful."

"The place is very convenient but lots of amenities needs extra payment. Only had one bad incident which the cleaning lady just entered our room while we were sleeping. The ocean view was not there even when we paid for that side. Aside from that every staff was very nice."
