"The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable from the moment you enter the door to the friendly chatter at the bar, and the peaceful breakfast at the Greenhouse. The hotel is rich with history and it's designs reflect it so much so you almost feel you were transported to colonial America. "

"Clean room at a great location near the White House and also steps to trains. Free bottled water on all floors and coffee in the club room on floor 2 are a nice perk especially considering the reasonable cost."
"I had a great time at Washington Plaza Hotel. It stayed very spotless and clean. When I visit Washington D.C again, I will stay there again for sure. The balcony view was outstanding and it is just something that is near everything walking distance. I can’t give you one complaint about it. Maybe no miceowave is the only downfall but other than that. There is not anything you can complain about. "
"What a hidden treasure. I stayed in a clean, large room with modern decorations. The staff was courteous and so professional, and the food was amazing!"
"First time here and it was wonderful! Kiddy checked us in and was so nice! Great location, excellent house keeping and staff. Channel (hope i spelled her name right). Wonderful neighborhood to explore. Would stay here again. Thank you Melrose"
"Room was nice and clean. When staff learned it was our anniversary, they wrote a kind note with some complementary treats/items. They went above and beyond. "
