"I cannot praise this place enough. Really modern with excellent facilities. Great to have outside space and bbq and also access to pool and tennis court. Communication with Monica was superb and very responsive. The apartment is at the top of steep hill so car is required. We did walk into town once which was 30 mins and taxi back was 15 euros"

"The apartment is very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The location is fabulous and having a dedicated parking space is very helpful. Above all the view is incredible! So amazing to have a view like this of a beautiful sea. Every morning we got up early to watch the fishing fleet go out. Access to the shore is immediate and it is a great place for swimming or snorkelling. There is also a really nice swimming pool. There are so many great walks close by and the Monastery of San Pere de Rodes is amazing, as is the drive to get there. Fantastic!"

"Logement idéal pour un couple !Il ne manque rien pour tout ce qui du rangement, cuisine, salle de bain ... et la clim !La grande terrasse nous a permis de passer de bons moments, pour manger, se reposer dans les transats, profiter du barbecue ... Et tout cela avec cette vue imprenable sur la mer !Pour retrouver la rue, bien sûr il y a la soixantaine de marches, mais en prenant le temps, cela se fait très bien.Quartier très calme."

"Pasamos una semana con nuestro bebe de un año y medio en el apartamento de Nathalie y la pasamos super bien. El apartamento es muy amplio y tranquilo. Es como se muestra y describe en la publicación. A 100m tienes una pequeña playa que por las mañanas esta muy bien, aunque por las tardes el agua está un poco mas removida. Si dispones de coche en unos minutos llegas a cualquier playa de la zona. Caminando puedes ir hasta el centro de Roses para pasear, comer o hacer compras. Desde el balcón y el jardín se puede apreciar el mar y el atardecer. La piscina se mantiene muy limpia y es un gran plus tenerla, nosotros la usamos todos los días, ya sea a la tarde al volver de la playa o a la noche antes de cenar. Está muy bien equipado, con todo lo que necesites (recuerda que sabanas y toallas no están incluidas, esto es normal en los alojamientos de la zona). Dispones de una plancha a gas en el jardín para disfrutar de una comida al aire libre. La climatización es excelente, aunque casi no hace falta usarla ya que es muy fresco y las aberturas aislan muy bien del calor exterior.Como recomendación mejoraría los colchones y las almohadas, no están a la altura del resto del apartamento. Si bien nosotros no tuvimos problemas, pero el parking puede resultar incómodo ya que debes pasar entre un coche y una pared casi sin espacio, y luego el coche queda contra la pared y tienes que salir por la puerta del acompañante."

"Points Positifs :-Vue imprenable et magnifique sur le port depuis la terrasse- communication très fluide avec l'hôte- bonne localisation à deux pas de la plage et pas loin du centre de roses et canyelles petites- Appartement spacieux sur l'étage supérieur- on a passé de très bon moments en famille et de beaux souvenirs En résumé, très bel appartement mais il faut le moderniser un peu, et mieux le nettoyer avant le check in ( sous les lits, hotte, douche), ajouter un four pour justifier le prix.Communication tres fluide avec l hôte.Vue magnifique de la terrasse."

"Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en familia. La casa, la piscina y el jardín son espectaculares. Mención a parte para las vistas al mar, con la bahía de Roses como protagonista. Por la tarde, los rayos de sol se cuelan en la piscina y el atardecer es precioso. El jardín tiene un gran olivo central que proporciona una sombra muy agradable durante el día, la cual se complementa con la agradable brisa marina que sopla con frecuencia. Además, hay dos toldos enormes que cubren una amplia mesa exterior junto a la zona de la barbacoa. La casa por dentro es muy espaciosa, moderna, bien climatizada y la encontramos muy limpia. La ubicación es excelente, a 5 min a pie de la Playa de los Palangrers y a 10 min del centro de Roses. Los propietarios son discretos y muy dispuestos. El encargado es cercano y profesional. Me he sentido muy a gusto."
