"Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für eine Fanilienfeier gebucht mit insgesamt 19 Personen. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad, was für eine große Gruppe perfekt war. Jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und es gibt kein Stau im Bad. Die Küche war allerdings nicht komplett für so viele Personen ausgestattet. Kochen für 19 Personen ist schwer, aber machbar. Hier könnte noch etwas aufgestockt werden. Der Spielplatz direkt vor dem Haus und das Freibad im Sommer ist gerade für Familien ideal. Wir hatten...

"Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Ausstattung wie beschrieben, sauber und komfortabel. Eine gute Ergänzung wäre ein Schränkchen unter dem Waschbecken für Badutensilien. Ein Dankeschön an den hilfsbereiten und sehr netten Hausmeister."

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"

"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"Die Stumme der Endreinigung war lange unklar, Rückfragen wurden nicht, oder nur auf mehrmalige Nachfrage beantwortet. Die Kaution habe ich bis heute noch nicht zurückerhalten :-("
