Woke up to ants all over the desk. Gross! This was surprising because the place looks new and seemed clean. The humidity in the room was awful, even with the air on 73. The floor was damp, our clothes that were laying out were damp when we picked them up. We all felt sticky throughout the night. Terrible sleep. Luckily we were only there for 1 night. Finding bugs in your room when you wake up should immediately prompt either a discounted or free stay but that wasnt even offered when I notified the front desk as we left. Do not suggest this hotel.

The property was nice and clean inside and outside. Upon checking in, The lady at the front desk was not friendly, and short with answers. The other young lady at the desk was very pleasant and helpful, we didn't get her name, she was there on Saturday. There was another lady there that was pleasant, her name was Lena. We learned that there was a shortage of towels and had to switch out towels at the front desk. Never experienced that situation during a stay. The room was very nice, but one of the beds was a little unstable and squeaked. Also can't remember staying at a place where there was no ice machine! A fridge, stove, sink, NO ICE!! We were hoping for a pool, thought it was left out of the amenities listed online but found there actually wasn't one!
