Il posto è molto bello, ma i bulgari non sanno cosa siano pulizia e disponibilità verso il cliente. Peccato perché la struttura ha un potenziale altissimo. Gestito diversamente sarebbe una meraviglia.

Terrible!!! Rated 4stars?? No way!!! What a scam!!! Rooms were not fit for human occupancy. Dirty, old, stinky, stained mattresses and pillows. Pile of garbage bags on the sidewalks not collected for days. The water park is in need of serious updates. It is old and dangerous. People were injured every day - from bumps and bruises to broken bones, and none of the lifeguards seemed to care. On the positive side, food was not bad, and the Black Sea was beautiful.

Stayed in an old, dirty villa, towels not exchanged, smelled bad, beach is not being cleaned, walkways cleaned rarely, staff ASKING for tips, last night from our stay the staff made a party in the villa below singing and screaming till 1:30, water in the pools looked uncleaned, garbage bags stayed on the walkways with hours attracting wasps, flies etc. etc.

Прекрасне розташування

Велика охайна територія готелю. Чудове море та гарний пляж. Різноманітне смачне харчування. Гарний аквапарк. Відсутній безкоштовний WI-FI в номері. Дещо занедбаний номерний фонд але, так як номер необхідний тільки для ночівлі(в нашому випадку), то це не є проблемою. На наш погляд, негативне враження справляє тільки велика кількість людей, що поводять себе занадто розв’язно, все дозвільно та ігноруючи будь-які норми культурної поведінки забуваючи, що інші люди теж на відпочинку. Загалом враження позитивні.
