The staff was excellent. They made us feel welcome and met our every reasonable request. If I ever visit Iceland again, I am staying at this hotel.

The staff was amazing and so helpful the entire trip! They were available 24/7, helped us out when we had questions, filled up our water bottles for us happily, and always had smiles on their faces! It really made the difference for us. The room was perfect for two of us. It was surreal to wake up with a view of the water & mountains every morning. The rooftop bar was great, and happy hour drink prices were very very reasonable (for Iceland ;)) . We grabbed a drink and brought it back to our room to get ready, and it was delicious and awesome. Beds were comfy, everything was within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely staff, great location

The room was really nice and the staff were so friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast and highly recommend this hotel. Conveniently located in Reykjavík and close to the bus stops for transfers.

The hotel was great and in a very good location. Farooq was amazing at the front desk. He was always willing to help with questions, had awesome suggestions of what to do, where to visit and actually booked excursions and transportation to make life easier for us! He truly was second to none! A great experience!
