Any damage to the home or damaged/missing furniture will be reported and fines assessed. Do not rearrange furniture. If found rearranged expect fines.

No food whatsoever in upstairs in the bedrooms. No dogs on any furniture. No dogs on beds. Fines for breaking either rule will be assessed
