"I liked that staff are friendly, specifically Ruben the manager. hotel was close to the Malecon. The downside was hotel doesn't have a lot of parking space and the shower was a bit dirty, the rest of the room and hotel was kept clean."

"Absolutely wonderful location right on the Malecon. Excellent restaurant - breakfast, lunch or dinner - everything was so good. Plus an amazing view if the sea and the Malecon. Friendly staff. The only thing lacking is parking. When we arrived we were told they had no parking & could park on the street for free. We found a lot behind the hotel and paid for a full day ($35 US). Later that same day, a different front desk person (who spoke better English) informed us we could park in that lot for...

"We liked the common areas of this property, and it felt like a retreat, sitting on the shaded patio looking at the pool. Beautifully decorated with nautical items. Very artistically done. Our room was too small to even place one suitcase. They need to remove some decorations to make it more practical to place simple travel gear. They also need to add a reading light. We appreciated being able to leave our bags with reception for several hours."
