Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The positives: location, decent beds, high ceilings and plenty of windows, clean floors and kitchen, pet-friendly, though NOT child-friendly. The home is modern and aesthetically pleasing with some nice views of the surrounding hills and sea, especially from upstairs. The negatives: (1) Stay was quoted in dollars but I was charged in Euros, so I paid significantly more than I thought I would; (2) kitchen garbage had not been emptied for our arrival, and there were no basic kitchen supplies, like sugar, coffee, cooking oil, etc.; (3) DANGEROUS door locks unlocked from inside by key only. This would be illegal in USA and Canada, not sure if it's legal in Mexico. The owner should replace these locks IMMEDIATELY with locks that can be opened from the inside without the key; (4) dumpy living room furniture downstairs, not particularly clean (5) the home does have a driveway for parking, but if people park on the street outside, which they did almost our entire stay, then it is impossible to park in the driveway. I was left to park my luxury-brand vehicle in the street. Luckily, the neighborhood seems quiet and nothing happened to my car.
