"Great value for money, we were very pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a family size room from a normal double. It was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed, and very close to the shops. There is a busy road out the front so maybe a back room will be quieter. All in all we would stay there again. "

The bed and the linen was luxurious as well as the towels. The host was so sweet and helpful in every way. We would very much recommend this place and would like to come again. "Although it’s a beautifully renovated building in the residential part of the old town of Velez-Málaga, the photos are somewhat misleading. Pool is a jacuzzi that is no longer functioning. Ground floor rooms are dark, with no views and portable air conditioning units. There was no wifi in our room—only in the common areas. Parking can be difficult."

"The food could be better, some of it was good, like the salat and croquets, but there where other dishes with meat there were to dry. But it doesn’t bother us, the location is perfect if you want peace, very nice staff, good cleaning and even that it’s old, it’s still in a good condition, from our experience in there biggest room with king size bed and tower. In my opinion people there gives it only one or two stars, they should be better prepared or have a better look at what they’re booking,...

"Encanto is a charming boutique hotel centrally located in Canillas de Aceituno. The owner provides excellent explanations and warm hospitality. The breakfast is delicious, and the value for money is unbeatable. Room 5, situated quietly in the courtyard, uniquely offers direct access to the pool. Overall, a wonderful place for a relaxing stay."
