The best time to visit El Sucre depends on your preferences for weather and crowd levels, but generally, late spring (May to early June) and early autumn (September to October) offer the most pleasant conditions.During late spring, the weather is comfortably warm, with average temperatures ranging from 18°C to 24°C. The days are long and sunny, great for exploring the town's historic centre or enjoying boat trips along the coast. It's also a good time to experience the local flora in full bloom, especially in the botanical gardens. This period is ideal for couples seeking a romantic getaway, as the town is less crowded than in peak summer, allowing for a more relaxed experience at restaurants and attractions.Early autumn also brings excellent weather, with temperatures similar to those in spring, typically between 20°C and 26°C. The sea remains warm enough for swimming, and the summer crowds have largely dispersed. This makes it an ideal time for solo travellers or those looking for a peaceful escape, as you can enjoy the local culture and natural beauty without the hustle and bustle.
