There was no elevator to go to the suites. There was a railway line closer to the building where we got the room. And there was constant noise whenever the train crossed. I specifically asked the front desk agent whether there will be noise but then she said it wont be the case. But it turned out otherwise.
Also, they didnt give us any rooms on 1st floor even when I asked for it. The front desk agent didnt give any good reason. We had to climb 3 floors to get all of our luggage as there was no elevator. This was not mentioned anywhere on the expedia website or the hotel website. Parking was an extra $20.
The kitchenette was good and stocked with cookware, dishwasher, sink, fridge etc.
The sofa bed was not comfortable so we had to get extra blanket and sheets (they didnt have comforter or extra pillows). The room had a walk in closet for keeping luggage and clothes.
There is also a deposit of $250 or $500 for incidental expenses.
The place was decent. Breakfast didnt have lot of vegetarian options. But for the money we paid $220 per night, it seemed over priced. We were just staying for 1 night and didnt want to argue with them.
