The room was beautiful and offered an amazing view. The complimentary waters were much appreciated after long days walking around the city. "We were not informed in advance that the Pool & the sunbathing area around the pool would be completely closed for the duration of our stay…. If we had been notified in advance we would have cancelled our booking and arranged an alternative hotel with those facilities….. when we brought the issue up with the hotel they just said it’s on our website…. ( I didn’t see this and despite the fact they sent numerous emails in advance offering paid upgrades, requesting advance information etc they never mentioned it….. very poor )"
