The staff was the greatest part of my families trip! They made it more enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing too. The only bad thing was the pool! The water heater was not working! The pool was freezing cold!

The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. The hotel is close to a delicious Japanese restaurant "Ume". The lady working the breakfast on Valentine's day was very attentive, welcoming and positive. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the very jolty elevator. Once you got to the top floor it would shake and make a lot of unsettling noises. Overall it was a great stay though. Thanks

Perfect stay in El Reno

Our stay was great, our room was clean the bed was super comfortable. We were in town for a Christian Revival in Kingfisher. We checked in late but Marcia made sure we had a room that suited our needs and her and all of the rest of the staff were wonderful. Thank you for being such amazing hosts!!
