We've tried several hotels in the area looking for a place to stay when we visit family there on a fairly regular basis. We've found what we've been looking for here. Very clean rooms, very cordial and welcoming staff, and a nice selection for breakfast. Comfortable, clean, and welcoming dining area to eat. Only comment or suggestion for improvement is the breakfast selections were excellent but eggs, sausage, and potatoes were in a heated chafing dish, but were not hot. We were the first in line right after the kitchen opened, so perhaps they didn't get them in soon enough. Hopefully that can be resolved next time we visit. The room had some nice amenities, including real coffee mugs instead of paper cups, but our room did not have a microwave. We can get along without it, but we missed having that convenience.

Breakfast was good! Staff was friendly! The only negatives were noise level— could hear people talking that were in the room above us. Also, one of the elevators wasn’t working.
