While most of the staff were courteous and helpful, I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with one staff member named John. John spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, which was unexpected and disappointing. More seriously, he made comments about my race that were discriminatory and biased. This made me feel unwelcome and disrespected during my stay. I believe every guest deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of background. I hope the management will look into this matter seriously to ensure that no other guest has a similar experience. Thank you for your attention to this important issue."

"A beautiful hotel with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooftop restaurant and bar, Maymanta, is a must-visit. The only downside was that the outdoor pool wasn’t heated, so my 8-year-old couldn’t enjoy it, and the indoor pool was reserved for the spa, with no access for children. It was not a kid-friendly facility. "
