Plus we were offered to enjoy our room until it was time for our taxi to pick us up at 3pm which essentially was an extra day of vacation. That made such a difference, I wish more hotels would be flexible like this. "

The hotel manager called the day of arrival to see if we needed anything, which was very helpful, coming from Eastcape that day.
