"Room was not vacuumed, trash and hairs in carpet and bathroom floor, breakfast was terrible the first day everything was cold and it was 9am the eggs weren’t cooked all the way. Front desk staff not polite or friendly at all. Hotel super pricy for what it is, don’t be fooled by the website pictures."

"This was a nice hotel. We did have a bit of an odd experience. My husband encountered an incredibly drunk individual directly off the elevator on our floor at about 10 - 10:30 at night. This person wasn’t staying at the hotel, but apparently came to the hotel to go to the bar that is on the rooftop. He was so drunk, he was unconscious, so my husband called hotel staff, who contacted 911. It wasn’t a great situation as he was throwing up all over the place, and in and out of consciousness. They ended up taking the man to the hospital. My husband stayed during the whole thing. They took my husband’s information, but we never heard from hotel staff to apologize, or thank him for finding this guy. Very odd. I’m not sure I was say this is a family friendly hotel. At the pool, we encountered folks vaping, drinking, and scantily clad. If I ever return to El Paso, I would probably look elsewhere. Breakfast isn’t included, and there isn’t much in terms of stores around the hotel. Overall, the staff was great and friendly, just not sure it was what I was expecting. "

"Views were just as everyone described, absolutely amazing! We arrived late and the host was more than gracious. Met us and helped us get into the property and even recommended a nearby restaurant. Fantastic stay. Will absolutely stay here again."

"This is a house divided into to apartments , I stayed in apt#2 is a really good size it has a 2 big bedrooms with a queen size bed , it super clean no issues with anything in the house , I had a really good time staying there and it has all of he amenities that you need and the plus is the washer and dryer. I would stay here if I need to go to El Paso Tx again. Alex responds asap whenever you have a question. "
