"Lovely room. Nice breakfast in a dining room with a view over the water and boat pontoons. The Consierge there was incredibly knowledgeable about Livingston. Nothing was too much when it came to helping us. "

"Gringos, stay away! Both the hotel and restaurant staff seemed annoyed with our limited Spanish. We had to request service from the restaurant staff the whole time. The rooms are incredibly overpriced for the quality. We had toilet issues and no water pressure or hot water. They charged for everything, including the use of pillows. Worst hotel we stayed at while traveling in Guatemala!"

"My room did not have a TV, and the toilet flusher had to be positioned a certain way after each use to keep the water from continuously running. On top of that, the lights went out during my stay, and it seems there’s no generator because the power never came back on. Overall, the experience was very disappointing."
