Gringos, stay away! Both the hotel and restaurant staff seemed annoyed with our limited Spanish. We had to request service from the restaurant staff the whole time. The rooms are incredibly overpriced for the quality. We had toilet issues and no water pressure or hot water. They charged for everything, including the use of pillows. Worst hotel we stayed at while traveling in Guatemala!

Absolutely horrific. What a dump. An expensive dump. Not in a good area. Dirty rooms outdated. Then they didn’t charge me correctly. Workers don’t know what they’re doing. Never returning. They charge like I’m at a 5 star resort and looks like it hasn’t been touched since the 1970s. Stay away.

Céntrico, en buen punto

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, está en la entrada de Puerto Barrios y frente al centro comercial más grande de la ciudad. A pesar de ello me pareció un hotel sobrevalorado, pienso que no es un hotel que debería de costar eso porque las instalaciones son modestas y la habitación en general no es tan cómoda.

Séjour d’une nuit pour escale dans Puerto Barrios

Très bon hôtel dans Puerto Barrios, grande chambre avec baignoire à jets et salle de bain avec douche, minibar et balconnet, climatisation et wifi ok, stationnement disponible. Personnel très aimable et possibilité d’avoir le petit-déjeuner à emporter à l’heure d’ouverture des cuisines. Grande piscine avec bar et restaurant. Service de repas en chambre impeccable.

Extremadamente caro por una habitacion doble $200.00 por noche, el desayuno deja mucho que desear porque no hay una supervisión eficiente en la higiene de los utensilios. No hay supervisión en el parqueo (tuve que dejar mi carro parqueado fuera del hotel una noche). Es lo suficientemente céntrico a todo. El personal es amable y cordial, la limpieza de la habitación excelente.
