The staff was very courteous, smiling and greeting all the time.
The amenities have lots of room for improvement, staff need to be better informed (many times the left hand don't know what the right hand is doing.
The buffet is very confusing; the signs are misplaced (Sings say, meet and is pasta, sings say been and is fish) a little dangerous to people that don't eat certain products.

Best place I’ve ever stayed by far. Service like I’ve never experienced in my life. They are so friendly and accommodating. Everything from experiences to rides to different parts of the island are set up by a wonderful ambassador and they are so quick. The resort is beautiful and so many wellness options. The food is also great. I will recommended to everyone I know. I can’t say enough about how incredible it is. I never want to leave.
