"The location is ideal, there are stores within walking distance, easy to get to the metro. The room was generally clean but could have used some more/better lighting. The staff was friendly, informative and accommodating. The hot water was not very hot. The breakfast was timely and consistent. "

"I first must say the room was clean & so was the property and the staff is wonderful. I had a problem with the noise. The pool is supposed to be open 8 to 8. Well there were people out there to way past midnight and then I heard people at 1 or 2 laughing and making all sorts of noise. It was tough not to go and complain. I probably should have. The doors are older, and they are not sealed all the way so you can see the light and because of this, you can hear all the noise which echoes up from the pool & courtyard. Since I have stayed in other hotels in Panama City, the breakfast was OK, not great. Mainly because of the noise I would not stay there again."
