"Zeer vlotte en duidelijke communicatie met de eigenaar.Het appartement heeft uitzicht op zee maar ligt niet aan de voorkant maar aan de zijkant van het gebouw waardoor de 2 terrassen gericht op noorden en noordwesten géén zon krijgen en bij felle wind uit het noorden niet aangenaam zijn. In de warme zomermaanden kan dit wel een voordeel. Het appartement is mooi gerenoveerd. "
