By confirming your reservation, you agree to these conditions:

๐ญ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
๐พ Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
๐ฝ๏ธ The dishwasher must be emptied before departure.
๐งน A cleaning fee of โฌ20 per hour may apply if the apartment is not returned in a proper condition.
๐๏ธ Please dispose of your waste in the designated containers and do not leave anything in shared areas.
๐ฟ Shared Areas (Gardens & Pools)
๐งผ Please maintain cleanliness and respect the peace of shared spaces.
๐ซ Do not leave food, drinks, glass containers, or dangerous objects in the gardens or around the pools.
๐ฒ Bicycles and other vehicles are not allowed in walkways or common areas.
๐ Follow the posted rules in the pool area.
๐โโ๏ธ Washing sports equipment (surfboards, wetsuits, etc.) in the pools or under the showers is strictly prohibited.
๐ Private Jacuzzi
The jacuzzi is prepared and set up before your arrival. Bathrobes are provided.
โ ๏ธ It is forbidden to modify the technical settings of the jacuzzi. Any unauthorized handling will result in an extra โฌ25 charge.
๐ฟ To maintain water quality and ensure a pleasant experience, we kindly ask that you shower before using the jacuzzi, making sure to rinse off any remaining body wash or skincare products.
Please also avoid applying sunscreen before entering the jacuzzi. These substances can cause foam and may require additional cleaning, which could result in an extra โฌ25 charge. Thank you for your understanding.
