"The staff is wonderful. The cooling system is clunky and gives off an odd odor at times. The hotel is conveniently located and a good value. I’d stay there again."

El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton Resort

"Front desk not helpful, discourteous. Possible short staff throughout the hotel. Room wasn’t ready . Housekeeping behind on cleaning rooms. Not enough parking forced to used valet.( although valet attendants very helpful and attentive) resort Accommodations very dated ( I believe they’re planning on renovating) . The pool area and overall grounds were inviting.
The shop attendants very pleasant, bartender very good and informative. The coffee shop needs more attendants to be more efficient and timely. Overall , I wouldn’t stay there again."

"I have booked many VRBO properties prior to this stay. So my experiences are based on those expectations. Members of my party only experienced a zVRBO rental for the first time . Based on both of these here are some concerns/ ideas:- All my experiences with rental properties have provided a “notebook” with specific directions for almost everything. How to work tv, remotes etc. Specific directions for the different amenities, trash , pool use. ( no directions for access until I communicated with property mamagers) laundry. (Nothing was provided in the house. Some things were communicated only by email! - Locks/doors very difficult to operate. Codes sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t. Instructions said to pull door or press any key in order to work??!!!!- Upon arrival at the precise sign in time Maintenance was still working and house was open. He had no idea that we were set to arrive. Very awkward. - No instructions were given for pool access. I had to get “that” info. - TVs did not work or were not hooked up especially in the bedrooms. Again no instructions for operating. - Lamps in bedrooms missing lightbulbs! Hallway light didn’t work. All in all we had a good stay. Accommodations were good. Bedding was comfortable. The above concerns are meant to help improve for future stays. Thank you. "

Your Home Away From Home in the Sunshine! Minutes from great amenities.

"We loved our nine‑night stay at this VRBO. The house was exactly as pictured spotless, stylish, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home. The hot tub was an excellent way to end the day!Our two Weimaraners were in heaven and the backyard was completely secure and provided enough space for them. The large park behind the house made walks easy. It’s roughly a mile to reach the main entrance, and once inside, the park includes an off‑leash dog area that our dogs absolutely loved. The dirt trails throughout the park were perfect for daily walks too.The location was super convenient with restaurants and grocery stores less than eight minutes away. Ms. Danielle was great to work with and always quick to respond. We’d absolutely stay here again."

"We booked this property for a long-term stay from January 15–March 31. Due to an unforeseen accident, we could not arrive until March 1, but the host was aware, leaving over six weeks of paid, vacant time to prepare and address issues. Despite this, the property was in unacceptable condition. The home was not well maintained. Bathrooms were dirty, fixtures rusty, baseboards stained, and the garage extremely unkempt. It did not feel properly cleaned. The pool and outdoor area were in poor condition. The pool was dirty with low water, the motor and sweeper did not work, and an exposed electrical cord ran toward water, creating a safety concern. The yard was overgrown, and there was no outdoor furniture.Inside, features were not as advertised. Sliding blinds had multiple panels missing, causing a lack of privacy, and the front door mat literally disintegrated when stepped on.The home was not comfortable. The living room furniture had a strong odor, the bed and pillows were worn, and there was no dresser or storage, requiring us to live out of suitcases.Basic amenities were lacking: limited kitchen supplies, no kitchen towels, minimal hangers, no garage remote, and very few towels. We purchased items ourselves to make the stay manageable. There were also maintenance issues, including a water heater failure that left us without hot water for two days.We left early because the property was not suitable for a long-term stay and would not recommend it."

"This is where I would live if I had the chance! What incredible views! My family truly enjoyed staying in this lovely home. I appreciated the flexibility of the owners in all of our changing needs. I highly recommend both property and hosts."

"The property was exactly as described and very clean. The hosts are very responsive and the neighborhood is very quiet. There is a large garage that was very handy to store our bicycles. I did enjoy the pool, but in early March it was too cold to linger. It's very pleasant o hang out on the back patio. Grocery stores are nearby."
