Not very convenient or kid friendly, and nowhere to walk to, but the deal killer is that the service is through a 3rd party, who then communicates to the apartment complex. Of course, they barely speak English. You either have to download their app and give them your biometric data or they change the key code EVERY DAY and you cannot get into the apartment. Every other working person we encountered hated the online customer service here. They need to fire the 3rd party rental company and start over."

"The entryway light didn’t work and it had a lot of debris when you entered - the rug as you entered as well. The porch in the back was not swept. The pool was lovely. Home was very well stocked and comfortable. The only area that needs attention for cleanliness is the hall bathroom toilet - it had a dark ring in it and it was off putting - other than that everything was great."

"Very large --- 3 bedrooms, living room, tv area, 2 bathrooms. Sits next to a larger street but we didn't have any problems with noise or neighbors. Very accessible and close to Oro Valley sites. Large yard --- all rock/gravel.One weird configuration: door to garage is locked thus inconvenient. Luggage, groceries, etc. have to be taken into front door."
