"Yes the room was clean. The staff at the desk had poor attidues and had us wait a very long gome for the 3 rooms that we had. She didn't tell the truth aboug trying to contact me the the room was ready even though I NEVER left the lobby seated right in front of the counters. Once we finally hotbin the room it was alright."

"Beautiful and I mean absolutely stunning. The service from the staff is top tier, there are multiple restaurants to eat at, daily activities to enjoy, multiple pools and bars and a beautiful beach. I will stay here now everytime I go to San Juan as it was only about a 35 minute drive "

"There was no microwave in the room, no top sheet on bed, mini fridge was on the floor hard to reach and in bad shape and only received 2 large towels for 2 women...asked for four. Need one for hair & one for body. TV cable went out so restricted stations. Location was good though and views were BEAUTIFUL."

"The pool area was not as clean as the hotel itself. Lobby and rooms were top tier but the pool water was dirty and lots of towels thrown everywhere."

"The check-in process was nice and quick. Also I was very happy our room was ready when we got there at 12 and didn’t have to wait til 3. Hotel is very clean as well. The staff are very friendly. Location isn’t very far from the beach, about a 10min walk. The only reason I gave a 4 is bc the breakfast is just ok and always had something missing. For instance waffles with no syrup. Also, when you get beach chairs, they only give for 2 people. We had 3 people in our stay. Other than that our stay was amazing and would def recommend. "
