"This was a lovely hotel and would rate it higher than a 2 star. It was spotlessly clean, open and airy. Good air conditioning. Nice gardens and pool. Felt very homely and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and good choices. With fresh fruit, pancakes bread and meats. Plenty of parking at the property and just around the corner. Was very safe. Staff were great, friendly, hard working and would help with where to dine and activities. Nothing too much bother. Train station very close, giving easy access to surrounding towns and cities. You could walk into Alora but it was very up hill. Or short drive."

"We recently stayed at Villa Vereda del Palmar for 10 days, myself and my husband and our 3 young children, it was amazing, the hosts were really lovely people, extremely helpful with providing any information about the local area we needed. We had no problems or issues but we are sure they would have resolved anything for us in an instant. The Villa itself was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we could possibly have wanted. The outside area was brilliant, a really good size pool with a really fun slide and diving board that our children absolutely loved!! The pool table, ping-pong, and a basketball hoop were a big hit with us all, our two boys loved collecting the eggs each morning from the resident chickens, we highly recommend this villa to anybody looking in this area, can't fault it."

"This hostal is in the city center, the staff was amazing, the facilities are very clean and maintained. The room had a small fridge and air conditioner and the room and bathroom were spotless! The only downside was parking, however there’s a public parking lot about a quarter a mile away. "

"We stayed at Hotel El Corte on our way to Sevilla, and it was perfect! The location is super convenient, right off the highway exit, which made it very easy to find. The hotel was clean, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and there was plenty of parking available. We also appreciated having a restaurant on-site, which made things even easier after a long drive. The rooms are a bit smaller compared to typical American hotels, but they were very well equipped and well maintained, so we had no complaints at all. Overall, a great experience, and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Málaga!"

"Fantastic venue for a family holiday! We took our children and grandchildren (6 adults 5 children) for 10 days and had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa is spacious and very tastefully furnished and in a nice quiet location. The town is a approx. 1 1/2 miles away with loads of excellent eating places and lots of shops . We always had to drive there as it was in the middle of a heatwave but we estimate it would take about 20 mins to walk there. The kids loved th pool and were basically in there all day. Finally just a quick shout out to our villa contact Antonio who was brilliant and extremely helpful. Would definately recommend."
