"It was a great experience the place was breathtaking so peaceful and beautiful. Super easy to get around on foot private car or a taxi. Sergio was very helpful with places to go visit, dinner or just downtown in general he also recommended a taxi guy to move around who was very professional and friendly. Sergio was available for any questions via WhatsApp at all times which was awesome. The hotel also provides a private boat tour to el cañón del sumidero which was amazing since its available...

"Rooms were clean, pool area and pool were clean. Pool area and seating areas were nice. Carmelita at the front desk was amazingly helpful and oh so patient with us non Spanish speaking people. She helped us navigate the public transportation- Didi/ colectivos/ buses and taxis. The place needs a little love and the restaurant is hit and miss but for the money, it’s clean and the beds are good. "

"The hotel is very close to the main square, outside there are many women standing around but it still felt safe. The room was fine although the quality and maintenance was what you could expect from a cheap room in Mexico. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly strong, but we did lose power for some seconds and for around an hour the network was unstable. "

"The bed was clean, the room was clean, the lock worked, and it was cheap. Towels in the room would make it more expensive. So would selling bottled water that did not stand in the sun for months. So would not having people manoeuvre their huge 4x4 three meters from your bed at 6:06am. Anyway, I did not have to sleep in the street, so it was a win. The receptionist did all she could to make it a positive experience."
