Sergio was very helpful with places to go visit, dinner or just downtown in general he also recommended a taxi guy to move around who was very professional and friendly. "The hotel felt very safe.Our room had a great view of the city. We especially enjoyed the 5th floor lounge/restraunt. Mary was very helpful and courteous when we had our breakfast.
