"Loved this hotel. The entrance hall was beautiful as was the large, spacious room. We upgraded to 'The Level' and highly recommend this. Wonderful staff that done lots for you. The breakfast was great, separate area for upgraded guests including wonderful cooked to order selection of food and coffees. Highly recommend "

"The hotel was lovely. The terrace and pool area provided a welcome relief from the sun. It was well maintained, with palm trees for shade, good seating and a bar.Hotel room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The air con was great! The breakfast buffet had lots of choice for all tastes. Very convenient for sites, shopping and transport.Half hour walk to beach. Really enjoyed my stay here. "

We were offered a €30 upgrade, which we accepted — and it was well worth it! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and ideal for a romantic stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh, high-quality options. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful and special, making our anniversary even more memorable. "Very well appointed room with large comfortable bed. Perfect position to view the summer fireworks display from the balcony, ( room 364) Swimming pools must be the best ( and cleanest) in Valencia. Overall a very classy hotel. We will be back again. "

"The hotel room we stayed at was very nice and we had enough room for our family. However, the WiFi was on the slower side, and the hair dryer did not work. In spite of this, I would highly rate this hotel."

"We stayed in a family room with teenagers which worked really well. There were 2 large interconnecting rooms. The batrooms were odd as they didn’t have doors and the toilet door for one of them needed to be propped shut but apart from that really like the rooms. There was a fridge in each room and tea snd coffee facilities. You could hear the noise of traffic but it was not too bad. The bed must have been a super King - it was the biggest bed I have slept in. The other room had 2 singles. All were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and worth having at least once."
