Posted 27 Feb. 2019 on HotelsEven though they had a bigger room, they didn't give it to me. I was willing to pay extra. I ended up paying for a another room for daughter. THEY LIE RIGHT TO YOUR FACE AND WILL NOT GIVE COMPLAIN FORM UNLESS YOU FILL IT OUT RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to most of the major tourist spots, however, the room (with 2 twin beds) and a balcony does not match the picture. The room was exceptionally small for two people. There was a floor to ceiling beam at the foot of one bed and you had to squeeze around it to get to the other side where the bathroom was located. You had to close the bathroom door before anyone can squeeze around the foot of the bed. We didn't use the balcony. The weather wasn't that nice but we didn't even step foot on it. It had this artificial grass carpeting it.

Affordable getaway
Posted 9 Nov. 2018 on HotelsThe local of this hotel is excellent. You literally walk into both plaza nueva and the shopping district. The room is quite tiny but manageable. Only thing I wasn’t happy with was that the toilet seat was loose and your knees literally touch the bathtub. Staff were super friendly.
