"Such a warm welcome, great to have the parking once worked out where to go, though at a price. Apartment great, spacious & spotlessly clean, well equipped if staying for longer. On 4th floor so very quiet - woken up first night by another guest hammering on his door but this was not fault of hotel! Chose this as had elevator which was perfect for my elderly parents & though a little out of town, could walk to tram stop or get an Uber if don’t wish/unable to walk the 20 mins or so "

"The place is fine, I like that is in a rural and quiet place. I would have liked some communication between my booking and the check-in. Instead, I arrived at the place after a long driving day and I discovered there was no one of the staff as they closed the reception at 22:00 I had to call the emergency number to get to know they had left in the hall an envelope with the room key inside for me. The room was minimal and basic, the bathroom was too cold to have a shower. For the price I paid,...

"Hotel staff weeee great and helpful, especially assisting us with a medical emergency and being accommodating. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel is very nice and clean. Location is fantastic for touring the main sights of old Ghent. Only issue with the hotel is it was noisier than previous hotels, poorer sound proofing between rooms and especially to outside. But overall a great hotel and good value! "
