Great customer service at the desk throughout the visit. They helped us get a cab to get to the city center and checked on us during our visit. The room was clean and spacious and very quiet. Breakfast was super busy each day, but the food was very good. I would stay here again.

Hotel is a bit far from city center but it's clean, big and very new. Breakfast was good and had dinner as well. Rooms are spacious equipped with kitchens for longer travelers.

The room is amazing. I liked the location so much. The parking is challenging, maybe because it is new year and busy time. The housekeeping performance is less than normal, no refills for napkins, Nespresso capsules or even changing towels.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, neat, and well-maintained. The location was ideal – peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed. Good stay if you have a car

Good location, as was based on the outskirts of Ghent and an easy commute to the town centre and to other cities within Belgium. Staff were friendly and helpful.
