"Good Points: Good facilities, efficient overall. Most amenities worked well. Pool and Spa facilities very good. Conveniently located. Serving personnel in breakfast room generally quite helpful and pleasant. Wifi works well (if not always great bandwidth/speed). Weak Points: Some taudry aspects (early-stage mold in shower, sink stopper mechanism rusty and non-functional). "I have been to Israel 7 times although I visited the dead sea each time I have never stayed there. Being the first time staying at the dead sea for 2 nights my thoughts staying at the Leonardo inn hotel was that the customer service was friendly and helpful, there was ample place to park the car I had hired which was convenient. Food that was cooked in the hotel was delicious,overall a good location and great value for money."
