Dirty walls both in the room and bathroom/toilet painted along time ago. Seems the owners not really interested in maintaining the property. Feels like 1-2* star property

Custo Club is an excellent property in Eilat and we highly recommend that you stay here. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Eilat! We enjoyed this property so much, that we decided to stay an additional day.

The location is up hill and you need transportation other than walking to get around. The people are nice but the amenities are poor quality. Rough towels, cheap soap. The shower was dirty and Luke warm water. It had a good air conditioning system.

Best hostel choice
I can only resume it as amazing. Custo Club is one of the most beautiful and clean hostels i have ever been. The hostel has an immense beautiful decorated lobby with a lot of space between the rooms, which gives the guests their own privacy. The bathrooms, which are divided in two, are so clean and work perfectly fine. The showers work well and the water was perfect, which was what we needed in this cold Winter. The Kitchen is the best, having all the tools needed in order to do everything, from frying pans to pressure cookers, sets of knives and decorated plates. Me and my brother stayed in a beautiful and clean room, with a giant bed and our own mini fridge. The Landlord (Natalie) is a wonderful woman, which demonstrates how responsible and organized she is and the rules for keeping the hostel in the high standards it has. Besides, she is a great guide, with great recommendations about the morning and night life in Eilat. She knows the best restaurants and the best attractions, and even offer discounts to some of the activities.

My friends and i enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Beds were not very comfortable and the door was pretty noisy but the price was amazing and number was clean.

It seems to me as a Family house converted for guests. In it, there is a fully equipped kitchen and my room had also a small refrigerator, cable TV (which I didn't use, so can't comment on that), a king sized bed and a single bed, lights and a small night stand/table. What the room lacked was a private bathroom (the shared bathroom was clean).

the staff was friendly, the room was ok and the air con fine. but... the bathroom was pretty bad! under a staircase it was a challenge not to bump your head! no towels, no amenities, leaky shower head... glad we were only there for the one night

This is not a hotel. It is a private home that rents out rooms with shared bathroom down the hall. The picture is very misleading. It looks like a giant pool int the picture where in reality the pool in my back yard is bigger. The owner was very nice and let us keep our suitcases there even though we arrived early. The wife had a bit of an attitude. They property was very clean and well maintained.

Custo Hotel
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Custo. It has a feel of a hostel with private rooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and all areas are very clean. There is a shared kitchen that has some basics such as spices and oil for food preparation. The manager was very helpful and friendly, gave suggestions for activities and getting around the area.

Nice stay in Eilat villa
Custo Club is a nice villa located in quiet beautiful neighborhood in Eilat, ten minutes walk from the beach. At arrival we were greeted by a hostess, Mary, who was very helpful and made us feel at home right away. She gave us all information we needed for pleasant stay in Eilat.Villa has a huge kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and dishware, coffee and tea, spices were provided. Parking near the villa or in the one car garage was not a problem. During our stay villa was occupied with other guests also, but it was surprisingly quiet and comfortable.

We wished we could have stayed longer! This is a very quaint hotel in a quiet, nice neighborhood. The gentleman at reception was very nice and helpful.

Would definitely recommend Custo Club. It's a guesthouse, rather than hotel, but great value for money. Bit of a walk to the beach (and bars and restaurants) - about 10 minutes (15 minutes coming back as it's uphill), but the neighbourhood is lovely (and quiet) and the hosts cannot help you enough (thanks George).

tres bon etablissement
bel etablissement, grande villa avec piscine, cuisine commune et tout un tas d endroit exterieurs pour dejeuner ou se reposer, le personnel tres sympathique et surtout tres a l ecoute, comme la cuisine est en commun vous pouvez discuter avec les clients tous de differentes nationalites, des gens tres sympas pour ma part, athmosphere tres conviviale, lieux a eviter si l on desire rester en amoureux ou solitaire, petit bemol il manque un parking
