באתי ללא ציפיות החדר בסדר בגודל סביר רמת הנקיון בסדר .החלפת מגבות כל יום (3 לילות) על בסיס ארוחות בוקר בלבד. שילמתי300 חבל.ש"ח לזוג בנפרד עבור ארוחת ערב שבת.לדעתי המחיר יקר חבל יצאתי עם אכזבה כי אין הצדקה על מה שקיבלתי בארוחה

Lovely relaxing holiday
Pool always clean, kept safe at night, so important especially if you have small children or challenging husbands😜😜
The area was so beautiful to look at. Garden, in full bloom and taken care of.
The balcony was great, we had privacy, lovely place to relax most importantly a wonderful view to enjoy. 🤫🤫

Comfortable Location - Well Situated
As a meeting point for many local (and Jordan) tour operators, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Kings Beach, the Boardwalk, many restaurants and shopping fares. A great location for a families visiting the area - which is a bit of a distraction if you are travelling on business... that and the fact that the WiFi was pretty much non-op while I was there! The staff was very friendly, extremely helpful and all around very welcoming. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and affordable stay.

Simple but functional. Location is OK. Room was much smaller than advertised on website. I noticed fungus/mold in the bathroom and on the wall in the room. Food was not bad.

In general
Sadly the service was poor except for Bernard at reception was most helpful. The alarm kept going off in the corridor outside our room and no one in reception at that time spoke English when my friend called to report the incident. They just hanged up. We booked requesting twin beds but there was a double bed and a bed sofa. We asked for extra sheet but none came.

Rooms are outdated, stained carpets, not clean at all. Go somewhere else!

The pictures on Hotels.com for the standard room showed a nice room but were NOT what we were given. Our room had dirty carpet, dirty sink, stale smell, foul smell from kitchenette sink, old bathroom, broken shower head holder.....construction started at 7:00 a.m., very noisy....... never again. Positive, breakfast was nice.

The hotel (east part) was under renovation also neighborhood side (3-1-2017), so it was very noisy afternoon. Also there was a knocking and working in the above floor (third floor) in the morning. when i complained I got disappointed answer: - (sorry we must work and nothing to do!!) I got basic room with two beds ( there was no double bed room).

Great hotel for it's price
