"The room was really nice and the staff were very nice. The bar down stairs was super high class, it was great! The gym is okay, just lacking in a lot of equipment. The breakfast that they offer as an other charge was subpar to be honest. Just a lot of quick bites, there are better and cheaper options in the surrounding area for breakfast. Overall still a really good experience."

"We arrived late. After midnight. When we walked in our room, the bed mattress was pulled partially off the bed frame exposing the box between the mattress and the wall. It was very dirty, but the bed was made. There were a few brown stains on the window curtains. The ac filter was very dirty. So much so that it was causing our sinuses to act up. The shower had no bar soap or shampoo. It only had conditioner. We were close to the side exit so we chose to come and go that way we noticed garbage behind the bushes next to the side exit and when we left out this morning, there was actually a person sleeping in the bushes where the garbage was. That made us feel very uneasy about even being on the property. We more than likely won’t be staying here again."

"Elevator was down. I’m not saying that in and of itself was our issue. We fully understand unfortunate mechanical breakdowns happen and you can’t always get an elevator repair crew quickly. Our problem was that the front desk lady did not mention that to us prior to check in. One in our party is permanently disabled and had she told us this, we would have simply found another property to stay at for the night. But she didn’t, and I rolled our luggage in and asked which direction the elevators were. That is when she first said that the elevators were inoperative. I said right then “well you didn’t mentioned that. We would have not gone through the check-in process had you done so”. And in snarky tone she commented back “Oh I did, you just didn’t hear me”. I’m pretty engaging and alert in conversations and although I have no way to prove who was right about the initial check-in conversation, it was the tone and attitude that set wrong with me. Unprofessional response at a best. In retrospect I should have just canceled the stay and found another property to stay at. But we didn’t. The property itself was okay. No major issues with the room, but the stairs were problematic with heavy luggage and for our disabled party. On a positive note though… the lady that prepared and maintained the breakfast area was exceptional!! Extremely welcoming and excellent at her job. A complete professional and detailed in every move she made. Impressive! Give her a raise."
