Op het verblijfsticket stond niet welk chalet nummer we hadden, dus toen we later dan 17.00 aankwamen hadden we geen idee welk chalet nummer we hadden. De receptie had mij dat niet verteld. Ook konden we het noodnummer van het park zelf niet vinden omdit te vragen, niet online, niet in de emails die ik had ontvangen over mijn verblijf. Toen we het belvilla nood nummer hadden gebeld, gaven zij meerdere opties waar we het noodnummer konden vinden. Een uur later hebben we het noodnummer gevonden en konden we naar binnen. In het huisje zelf was het erg stoffig, er zaten vlekken op de borden en op het bestek dus dat moesten we opnieuw zelf afwassen met de hand, de vaatwasser deed namelijk niet zijn werk even goed. Verder waren de bedden prima en na na 5 minuten gaat de douche eindelijk op een normale temperatuur staan, de straal is wel goed. De badkamer was gelukkig welgoed schoon.

Mooie omgeving. Genoeg te doen in de buurt. Het huisje was prima wat ruimte betreft. Het was helaas niet erg schoon toen wij aankwamen. Erg veel stof en viezigheid op de vloer. En mieren in huis.

Die Fotos haben nicht der Realität entsprochen. Das Haus war nicht gut geputzt. Es lag Dreck auf dem Boden, eine tote Fliege und es gab Ameisen. Wir haben das Haus nochmal putzen lassen, allerdings war es danach auch kaum besser als vorher. Zumindest wurden wirksame Ameisenköder aufgestellt. Die Betten waren eine Katastrophe, Meter hoch und viel zu weich, es war unmöglich dort gut zu schlafen. Gut, dass wir nur 2 Nächte bleiben mussten. Wir lieben die Niederlande und auch die Umgebund rund um Egmond, aber diese Unterkunft können wir nicht weiter empfehlen.

Het huisje is keurig en goed voorzien, netjes schoon en redelijk ruim. Ligging t.o.v. strand en dorp zijn met de auto goed. Minpuntjes waren wel het erg doorzakkende 2 persoonsbed, en het vocht en de schimmel in de kast in de slaapkamer. Maar het slechtste punt vonden wij het op/afstapje, knullig gemaakt van een paar stoeptegels. Een van ons struikelde er dan ook van af en verzwikte zijn enkel. Een serieus vervelende zaak, omdat dat weken ellende betekent van een weekendje weg. Dringend verzoek aan de directie van het park om hier iets aan te veranderen. Wij zijn jong maar een oudere gast kan zomaar iets breken!

Chalet lag in het midden van het park, genoeg privacy! De zee is 15 minuten fietsen. Goede omgeving om te fietsen. Het park is wel erg op kinderen gericht. Chalet was schoon, goed onderhouden. En een mooie tuin. Ik heb erg genoten!

We zijn een midweek naar Noord-Holland geweest en wilden niet ver van de stad én van de zee af zitten. Dat is gelukt. Alles was op fietsafstand en goed te doen!

Iedere dag mooie fietstochten gemaakt .De omgeving is prachtig en wat ons verbaasde was de brede duinstrook,wij zijn dit niet gewend want bijv. in Zeeland liggen de duinen op een rij en dat is het,Je kon in de duinen prachtig fietsen en kon dan ook lekker beschut rijden.In een woord super.

I will not recommend this holiday park to others for various reasons> I took my grandchildren age 3 and 6, and specially choose this park for what was on offer. On arrival , the pool was not open, due to cold weather. On the Tuesday morning I asked again when it would open. They could not answer. Pool was finally opened on Tuesday afternoon. The childrens indoor play area, was closed from sunday evening till wed. morning 12. No where was this written beforehand. So No POOL, NO Indoor play area for children for several days. My daughter had to sleep on the thinnest mattress I have ever seen, Poor for children, not at all usuable for adults. There were No instructions about how to use the var. electric appliances. like OVEN, which we never got to work. There were a lot of Ants, (when I mentioned this to reception, they gave me something to catch ants). When I made a complaint about various to the reception, they made me feel if it was my fault, They never said Sorry, only full of excuses , I am the client, they were almost rude.
