"Our favourite place to stay on our way back to Moncton. We travel between Montreal and Moncton multiple times a year. This hotel is always clean and reliable. The bed is comfy, the sheets and blanket are clean and soft. The bath towels are a bit on the small size but surprisingly absorbant! Water pressure is always good and lots of hot water available. Attached restaurant has good food and service. There are lots of places to eat just a quick drive away in the old part of town and in the other end close to the hwy 20 junction. Highly recommend. "

"Reviewing expedia not the room The description of the hotel was 30 minutes approximately from our preferred location. Expedia failed to give an address until after I booked. Then when we found out the hotel was in Tadousac which is a ferry ride away which costs about $100 and doesn’t even run at this time of year, i tried immediately to get a refund through expedia and I couldn’t. So I phoned the hotel and they said no problem cancelling with no charge, but expedia still charged me even though I cancelled. I emailed expedia to explain rhis and have yet to hear from them I will never use expedia again. I will attempt a complaint to paypal as well"

"Overall it a beautiful place, clean and well equipped. The only reason for the rating is because when we arrive nothing was shovelled and there was like a foot of snow so we were not sure if we where at the right spot. We contact them and did respond back that there was someone on there way to shovel out the walkway. We started before he arrived and made our way in. He left with about 3 inches of ice on both steps that stayed slippery all weekend long. The water also has a fowl smell which should have been said in the discription. So there was few showers taken on our week. Over all a great place and a lovely spot close to the ski hill."
