"This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal. To top off the delicious food, the chef himself came out to introduce himself afterwards so we were able to learn about where all those ingredients came from (all local and totally fresh). "Salutation Inn, Velindre, Pembrokeshire Disappointing customer service. Within minutes of making my booking, I realized I had accidentally selected the wrong hotel location. I immediately called the manager, Emyr, using the published telephone number, explained the mistake, and asked if the reservation for the two rooms could be refunded. He referred me to Expedia Customer Service, and they discussed the matter directly. Despite the booking error being reported almost immediately, I was told...

"Breakfast for us was a bit early, only till 8.30. Parking was good plenty of room. No evening meal at the moment but the pub next door was great. Also other in the close area.
