Baby shower retreat
House was very open for it being an older style home. Rooms were really good size and it was very clean. Hosts were nice and responded quick when needed!

Great Stay!
First, something just very slightly critical: I suggest creating an easier to manage gate lock and getting towels that don’t shed. Other than that it was a wonderful stare. This was a great break from hotels as I could have my aged mother visit, her granddaughter, and the rest of her family in a comfortable setting. The home is quite nice with contemporary Decour, and it was very close to all the shops, and everything one might want to get to uptown. We felt safe, secure, and very comfortable.

Wonderful stay!
My wife and I rented the Kansas Street House for the weekend of my son’s wedding. It made the perfect place for us and our daughter and her boyfriend to stay and get ready for the wedding. The home was wonderfully comfortable and clean. The only complaint/suggestion would be more comfortable bed pillows. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful and the area amazing. We dropped our daughter at college and stayed to get a lay of the land. Tons of great restaurants near by and everyone is super friendly.

My daughter was getting married and I found this beautiful home just minutes away from the church. Our hosts made everything go smoothly and even accommodated with an earlier check in for rehearsal. We would definitely stay again thank you so much!!

Hidden Gem
The house was a little hidden gem in heart of Edwardsville! The first night we were there the Living Room TV was not working! Joe came over the next day & replaced it. They are very responsive to messages. The house was very comfortable & had everything you would need. Very comfortable beds & our dog loved the fenced in area. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property for a family or small group. Exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Very easy access to St Louis and the surrounding area. Walk to restaurants, stores, community events in a safe neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable and linens were very high quality. Bathrooms were spacious and stocked with essentials. Kitchen seemed recently remodeled with high end appliances, cabinets, and dish/cookware. Very user-friendly. Hosts were great with communication!!! Highly HIGHLY recommend.

I was skeptical of all the rave reviews but I most certainly agree. This place is a gem! It is just as cute/cozy as it looks and as the reviews say. They have literally thought of everything!! We needed a zip lock bag, viola. Bottom drawer in kitchen… I needed dog bowls; viola! In the hall closet, with a dog bed and other dog fun items. I needed an iron… in the master closet w/ a *good* iron! Blow dryers in each full bath upstairs, super cute little vintage items, a record player with of course, albums in the cabinet below and full bar equipment/glasses… seriously. Everything. I will definitely be back. I live in Chicago and our mom is in a nursing facility there. A perfect place for my sister and I to stay!

Property was lovely for our family, including our Corgi. Bedrooms were the perfect size. Beds were so comfortable! The charm of the older house was perfect. Close to a lot of fabulous dining. The dining table was perfect for some puzzles and games!

Charming Upscale Home
A beautifully renovated 1950's home that has retained its historic charm and with all the modern amenities. This home is spacious, well-appointed, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed to cook and host a Christmas dinner, including seating for our family of 10! Downtown Edwardsville with its numerous restaurants and shops is within walking distance. Owners Erin and Joe were very responsive to all our questions and made check-in and check-out simple and convenient. We would rent this home again!
