"The Sheraton had overbooked their hotel due to outside 3rd parties, like Expedia, not showing or selling the correct room inventory. So the 2 suites I thought I had booked months in advance did not turn into that at all. Instead I got a small room with two queen beds."

"I didn’t have breakfast because of a scheduled surgery at Mass General across the street. Everything was fine but I didn’t believe that the parking spaces were correct inn width as there was very little space between vehicles even though they were parked correctly between the lines."

"Stayed at The Arcadian for The Boston Marathon and ti was great. The location is excellent with a T stop directly across the street from the lobby. The hotel is on the C line with all Boston has to offer a few stops inbound. Brookline is a great little town with plenty of places to eat. The hotel is spotless and the staff was super friendly. Check in and check out were very easy and the staff held out bags before check in as we arrived a bit early so we went to the marathon expo. The only thing i have to say is the bathrooms can use the love. I fixed the chain on the toilet myself, not a big deal lol. Everything else about the room was great! (one bedroom suite).
