"I checked in after midnight and the front desk attendant was helpful and informative. My room was clean and spacious with a nice large bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and I had great sleep for all 4 nights of my stay. I enjoyed the free breakfast on the morning of my check out and it’s located in a lovely room overlooking the lake. Plenty of ample, free parking is a great perk in such a central location. Thanks for the pleasant stay. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back next."

"The building was being renovated while we were there, and stairs and hall weren’t being cleaned. Furniture in the room was stained. Sheets had a tear. The bathroom door was a narrow ill -fitted barn door that gave no privacy or separation. The shower was small and without a door or curtain, so the floor got wet. This was an intentional design. The toilet roll holder was broken. The staff was not friendly nor helpful when we asked questions. The room was expensive, tacky, and a disappointment. We cannot recommend this hotel."
