Nice cozy apartment, in the vicinity of the highway (2 minutes driving), next to services (gas stations, restaurants, hospital) and to the University of Moncton-Edmundston Campus, located in a very solid and quiet building, adding to your comfort and good night sleep. The apartment features two bedrooms, furnished with 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed, a living room area, furnished with a sofa bed (double-sized bed when extended), a fully furnished kitchen, bath with tub, video surveillance of the property, cipher door-locks, cable, high speed wireless internet, washer-dryer and pretty much everything you need to feel like home. This was a good stopover. Clean, nice to have two rooms and a stocked kitchen (toaster, kettle coffee maker etc). It’s dated and a bit run down but clean and a comfortable.

Suits us fine

This is our repeat spot, now, when travelling from Ottawa, to rural New Brunswick. It's halfway for us to split our drive into two days. Convenient, always clean, owners are always quick to respond for anything.

The air conditioner in the big bedroom when you put the vent in the window all the hot air would blow back in because it’s not sealed properly. It’s the wrong kind of window for that air conditioner when you had a shower good lots of hot water, but the tub fills up as the drain needs to be cleared, the fridge leaked that night. Dried it up next morning there was no leak. Don’t know it could use some repairs updating and a little TLC Paint but other words we were satisfied with it was clean and there was everything that we needed if we needed.

Not the Hilton, but all u need, and it’s clean, enough space for your family. However, not accessible for wheelchair, or if you have problems with stairs.

This property was overall very good with some minor problems. The stairs to the second floor has a low ceiling and no railing on open side. The bathroom requires the caulking to be updated. It is close to a factory that sends an unpleasant odour into the air.I appreciate that the owner had a well stocked kitchen including coffee and tea. The laundry facilities were clean and included laundry soap and dryer sheets.There were plenty of linens, a TV in every room and access was timely and easy.

Very convenient location; Always clean

Yhis was our second staying here. We use this stopover on our way from Ottawa, to rural NB. Perfectly located halfway for us. Very quick easy access off, and back on the highway; many familiar chains/stores/restaurants in close proximity. The place is always very clean, and the owners quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We will stay again. (and again) :)

Tuesday 4:am Garbage Pickup

Owners can’t help it, but just know that 4:00 am on Tuesday morning is garbage pickup, and it’s noisy.

Perfect for our needs

I was driving to New Brunswick with mum and family friend. Edmundston was our stopover halfway. The timing was on the eve of more Covid crackdowns. Host was very helpful and communicative from the start. The place was easy to find and get to off the highway, and near places both familiar and new to us, which were much enjoyed. The entire apartment was VERY clean, and had nice touches like coffee and tea in the cupboard, and tissue box, etc. Thank you very much, Ioana, for the perfect stay. Glad I clicked on Vrbo! :) Jenn

It is obvious that something must have happened at the property recently. There were damaged items such as the blinds in the bathroom which meant showering in view of the neighbours as the window is not frosted. Leaking fridge. I really don’t believe this is the normal state of the property but that the damage is recent and the owners may not have had time to repair before renting. Houses are really close to one another and the noise carries throughout. Overall, this is a better alternative to staying at a hotel, especially once the damage is repaired.

Great!

Spent one night on our way to Nova Scotia, it was great. Very clean and tidy, all linens provided. Television, Netflix and wifi included. Right off the highway as an added bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Such a nice, clean, older place with lots of thoughtful touches. We only stayed for one night but it was quiet, secure and homey And after a very long drive, exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this as great value for money.
