This hotel is easy to find and just minutes away from highway. Staff is always available in reception area even in midnight. There are also lot of parking space available.

Upon arrival, we were checked in to an already occupied room. When we walked in there was someone in the closed bathroom and stuff in the room. The front desk staff wasn’t that helpful or hospitable and the rooms aren’t very comfortable. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Once we found the hotel, it was easy to park and check in. The room is clean and the shower looks great.

Lovely hotel with a relaxed feel. Friendly and professional staff. I missed not having in room coffee, but the coffee available in the lobby was very good. I will definitely go back

When we got to the hotel very late after arriving late from our flight, they gave a room that wasn’t even cleaned. One room the toilet seat was broken, no cups and lots of hair in the shower. Will not be returning to this hotel.

Family orientated. Not for seniors, Poor sound insulation from floor to floor. Twenty minute walk to shopping. Staff "green" at their jobs. Rooms very cramped.

Hotel is nice and price is very good. Was build for family entertainment with pool and game section a lot of children in the facility. I was there on business, still good but not the best suite for purpose of my visit.

Pool area was terrible, water temperature was beyond cold, no hot tub which I had seen posts for one. Was one of the main reasons we booked hotel. Staff were amazing though and helped us get a refund for the second day once we decided to leave and find something which had what we wanted. Rooms and lobby was very hip and trendy. Was a visual delight.

We were told that the room we reserved was not available and we offered 2 rooms instead. We refused and suddenly another room was made available. 5 minutes later another couple with 3 kids showed up and they were told exactly the same thing. They were not offered any other room that would accommodate them all and had to split the family with young children into 2 different rooms. I don't think this is OK for a hotel with 9.0 rating. I wasn't impressed. The staff showed no concern about not being able to fulfill the conditions of the clients reservation and were completely fine looking at that family being split into rooms. Not impressed at all and will choose different hotel next time. Breakfast was lame as well, old toaster hardly working, no choice of fresh bread, just some Safeway bagels and white paper bread. They don't deserve to use the Hilton brand.

I am absolutely disappointed that there is no coffee machine or microwave in the room. There is no hot tub.... rooms are small. I couldn't imagine bringing a young family here. Definitely generated to the older population...

Being a Tru brand, we're slightly different from other hotels, unlike other hotels, we have a unique concept of having a 24/7 coffee station and a microwave in our lobby for the convenience of all guests. Our guests are most welcome to enjoy these amenities throughout the day/night. Unfortunately, the alarm clock has been discontinued as it kept going missing, our Management decided to remove all the alarm clocks as almost all guests have easy access to their phones. We're glad that you have enjoyed our hotel continental breakfast that is served every morning. Thank you for staying with us! We hope to see you again soon.

Absolutely amazing property. I have stayed in Edmonton many times as a I travel from Cold Lake and this has been by far the best hotel. Will absolutely be booking again!!

Such a bad experience with front desk and threated by manager. Had to call Hilton corporate office to lodge complaint. Do not stay here

Our management reviewed your recent concern and are very disappointed to witness the continued use of disrespectful and offensive language and unauthorized recording video of our front desk staff without their consent on our private property. Our front desk staff informed us that you had unregistered person staying inside your room without our knowledge. We maintain the highest standards of service and do not tolerate inappropriate behavior from guests specially personals remarks which show us their quality of complaint and themselves. We uphold a commitment to professionalism and respect for all individuals, regardless of the circumstances. While we strive to provide a welcoming environment for all guests, the level of disruption and disregard for the comfort and experience of other patrons exceeded what we deem acceptable. Therefore, you have been reported for misconduct.
