Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Communication from the host was poor and the door was unlocked when I arrived. Couldn’t check in at 3 as cleaners were still there which was not communicated to me until I was in the driveway, they also left laundry in the washer and the bathroom was not cleaned properly whatsoever. There was yellow stains dripping down the walls that looked like urine, and the bathtub/shower had an overall scummy feeling when standing/laying in it. The bathroom mirror was ridiculously dirty with toothpaste from the previous tenant, and it didn’t seem that the bathroom was even glanced at by the cleaners. There were also some dirty dishes left in the sink when we checked in, and all of the dishes in the cupboards were so dirty that we didn’t feel comfortable to use them. I have never stayed at a place where the cleanliness was neglected like this before.
