Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the apartment was not very clean, and basic necessities such as hand soap were missing from the bathrooms. These are small details, but they significantly affect comfort and hygiene.
Additionally, the location felt unsafe. There were numerous homeless individuals and visible drug use in the immediate area, which made us uncomfortable coming and going, especially in the evenings. This was not clearly communicated in the listing and would have influenced our booking decision.
With better cleaning standards, proper stocking of essentials, and clearer disclosure about the surrounding area, this property could improve. However, based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.
