The 800 sq. ft. rooftop patio is a private retreat, featuring lush astroturf, an 8-person hot tub, a 4-person infrared sauna, a fully equipped bar, a BBQ, and a putting green—all set against stunning views of Victoria Park and the Saskatchewan River.

A $2,500 damage deposit is required, and references and ID must be provided within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. Failure to provide these may result in cancellation. Please note that bachelor parties are not permitted, and large events must be pre-approved with detailed event plans. The maximum overnight occupancy is six adults, with additional guests required to vacate by 1:00 AM. Gatherings of more than 10 people incur a $20 per person charge after the 15th guest, and an orientation walkthrough is required for events at check-in and check-out for an additional $75 fee. The damage deposit may be retained for unauthorized guest counts, excessive noise, or inaccurate event details provided.
